Location And Quality Are Keys To Success For Belz Factory Outlet Worlds

Belz Factory Outlet Worlds are known for providing affordable, quality, brand-name products in attractive centers that have become major destinations for shoppers.

A key component to Belz’s outlet success has been the carefully chosen locations of its properties. The company meticulously researched each location, ensuring that retailers would be able to take full advantage of nearby residential populations as well as a thriving tourist market.

"We chose areas that attract millions of tourists, have a strong residential base, and have a high traffic count," said Andrew J. Groveman, president of Belz Factory Outlet Division. "We then provided a large and diverse mix of popular outlet stores that continue to attract new and returning customers."

Major Openings And Expansions Announced At Belz's Orlando Properties

Several new retailers are opening this fall at Belz Factory Outlet World – Orlando. Sears Appliance Outlet opened in October in 25,000 square feet of space. The appliance store will offer savings of 15 to 50 percent on the top six appliance brands – Kenmore, Maytag, Amana, Frigidaire, Whirlpool and General Electric.

The Children’s Place will soon open a 5,500-square-foot store offering quality, value-priced clothing and accessories for children ages newborn to 10-years-old. In addition, Shoe City has signed a lease for 7,590 square feet of space featuring brand-name athletic footwear for men, women, juniors and infants.

Companies with plans for expansion at the mall include Stride Rite. The footwear retailer for children plans to add nearly 2,500 feet of space in order to expand their product line.

At Belz Designer Outlet Centre, Calvin Klein Outlet celebrated its grand opening in September. The 7,800-square-foot store specializes in brand-name casual wear, sports wear and accessories, including underwear, cosmetics, sunglasses, fragrances and shoes.

Kenneth Cole has expanded to more than 3,500 square feet of retail space so that it can offer men's and women’s clothing and accessories in addition to its line of signature footwear.

St. Augustine Welcomes New Retailers

Belz Factory Outlet World – St. Augustine is adding three more stores to the list of 75 famous brand-name outlet stores located on the property.

The first Kids Supercenter in Florida will open a 5,400-squarefoot store at Belz Factory Outlet World in late October. The largest manufacturer of children’s apparel in North America, Kids Supercenter features national brands such as Sketchers, ECKO, U.S. Polo Association,Levi Strauss Signatures, Roca Wear, Timberland, Ocean Pacific, and Nickelodeon.

Europe’s largest maker of play and functional dolls, Zapf Creations, offers 2,380 square feet of dolls that children can interact with, including those that suck their bottles, cry and giggle. Zapf also carries doll accessories and collectible designer dolls.

Late this fall, Bon Worth, a manufacturer of ladies' quality coordinating separates in missy and petite sizes, will open a 3,500 - square-foot store.

Fuller Brush, which manufactures more than 2,000 products for household cleaning, has opened in 1,320 square feet of space. Fuller produces cleaning aids, industrial cleaners, polishes and wax products, floor brushes and brooms, cotton and synthetic mops, and more for those who like to keep things tidy.

Belz Factory Outlet World - Puerto Rico Offers Patrons More Than Shopping

In addition to shopping, dining out, and other entertainment amenities such as a seven-screen movie theater, visitors to Belz Factory Outlet World – Puerto Rico can now take care of their postal errands as well. The United States Postal Service has just opened a new 3,075-square-foot facility at the mall where shoppers can buy stamps, send packages and letters, and pay bills.

The mall also welcomed Puerto Rico’s first Limited Editions for Her, featuring unique and exclusive women’s fashions in a 3,000- square-foot space. And shoppers can now enjoy a taste of Argentinean cuisine at La Parilla Argentina, which opened in the center’s food court in September.

Pigeon Forge's Largest Outlet Mall Attracts New Retailers

Belz Factory Outlet World – Pigeon Forge continues to attract new retailers to the largest outlet mall in the area.

Black and Decker, a global manufacturer and marketer of quality power tools and accessories, hardware and home-improvement products, and technology-based fastening systems, will move into a 7,500-square-foot space in the coming months.

In August, Minnie Me Maternity began offering shoppers the latest styles in maternity wear, accessories, and baby gifts, while House of Comfort opened a kiosk offering American Massage Products, especially for arthritic, diabetic, and circulatory patients, as well as those suffering from stress.

In July, Dollar Value opened a 3,840-square-foot store. The retailer features items such as home decor, seasonal, food, housewares and babies for only $1.00. Worldwide Dream Vacations has leased an office to sell timeshares in the Great Smoky Mountains, which is the most visited National Park in the United States.
