100 OAKS MALL TO HOST THE "DOG
DAYS OF SUMMER (& CATS)" ADOPTION

WHAT:
100 Oaks Mall and various animal organizations encourage Nashville to give needy pets a loving home during the "Dog Days of Summer" pet adoption event. Mall visitors can adopt a dog or cat for themselves, or give someone they love a loving companion.
New pet owners will receive free dog training classes from the Humane Association of Wilson County, dog and cat toys courtesy of PETsMART and other pet-related giveaways. Blue Dog will entertain children from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The Nashville Humane Association will provide seniors (60 years and older) throughout Middle Tennessee with pet companions free of charge through its Senior Pets Program.
