Scheduled to open early this summer, the restaurant is currently under construction in Park Place Centre, located one block south of Poplar Avenue at the intersection of Park and Ridgeway, and owned and managed by Belz Enterprises. After researching the Memphis area for many months, the company chose the Park Place location because of the growing business and residential districts nearby.

The restaurant offers a unique combination of traditional Chinese cuisine and American hospitality in a contemporary bistro setting. The atmosphere, according to one company spokesperson, is lively and dynamic with a high energy level.

Paying specific attention to detail, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro restaurants are designed using accents from the Ming and Tang Dynasties, including hand-painted murals, to imbue an aura of mystery and legend. Amidst this setting, guests will enjoy memorable culinary creations, prepared with herbs and spices imported directly from China, in an array of taste, texture, color and aroma.
