PEABODY PLACE ENTERTAINMENT AND RETAIL CENTER HOSTS SECOND ANNUAL YMCA OF MEMPHIS & THE MID-SOUTH BENCH PRESS CHALLENGE

WHAT:
Area YMCA bench press contests winners will come together to compete in the Second Annual YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South Bench Press Challenge Finals. The contest will be divided into various age groups for boys and girls. Each participant will be allowed three lifts. The highest qualifying lift will be divided by the participants’ body weight to the strength ration per pound of body weight. Participants do not have to be the biggest to win.
