Champion Hills Completes Phase I Construction,
First Two Tenants Move In

MEMPHIS, Tennessee, June 14, 2002 – Two companies have signed the first leases totaling more than 16,000 square feet of space at Champion Hills Office Park overlooking Windyke Country Club in East Memphis.

A Memphis law firm, Kiesewetter Wise Kaplan Schwimmer & Prather, PLC, is scheduled to move into its new, 13,691-square-foot office on July 15. Phoenix-based EDT Learning opened a 2,668-square-foot office in May. Champion Hills Office Park is owned by Belz Enterprises.

"Champion Hills Office Park is our newest office development and we are excited to have our first tenants move in so quickly," said Andrew Groveman, senior vice president, Belz Enterprises. "This affirms our belief that the East Memphis market is continuing to see unprecedented growth."

EDT Learning is a leading provider of custom e-learning business solutions for corporate clients. The company provides on-line training programs and workforce performance management tools custom-built for each client. Local clients include FedEx, Hilton Hotels, International Paper, Smith and Nephew, and Thomas & Betts.

"Champion Hills Office Park is a beautiful facility with convenient access to Nonconnah Parkway and the interstate system," said Kathryn Burress, vice president of client services, EDT Learning. "We are pleased to have impressive offices in such close proximity to many of our clients."

Kiesewetter Wise represents management in the areas of labor relations, employment law and human resources in union and non-union environments. Clients include many Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, health care, telecommunications, hospitality, automotive, petroleum, transportation and chemical.

"For the second time in five years, our firm had outgrown our space," said Jay Kiesewetter, managing member of Kiesewetter Wise. "We needed a larger suite of offices with options that could accommodate future expansion. To complement our corporate practice, we looked for a first class building where we could build a state-of-the-art office environment. We found Champion Hills to be a perfect fit for our needs. And its location in the fast growing Technology Corridor was a plus."

Located in one of the fastest growing areas of Memphis – the Winchester Corridor between Hacks Cross and Bailey Station Roads – Champion Hills Office Park will eventually include five office buildings totaling 240,000 square feet. Currently, Phase I has been completed and consists of 80,000 square feet of space. The final plans call for five office buildings on 14 acres to be completed by spring 2006.

A national leader in real estate development, Belz owns and manages more than 30 million square feet of industrial/commercial/warehouse space, distribution centers, shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use centers and corporate campuses.
