Belz Factory Outlet Worlds Continue to Win New Leases

With the economy showing signs of picking up, leasing at Belz's Factory Outlet World malls in Florida, Tennessee and Puerto Rico continues to gain momentum, with a number of new retailers joining the Belz properties. Greg Norman Swings into Belz Factory Outlet World - St. Augustine
The Greg Norman Collection opened a new, 3,000-square-foot store at Belz Factory Outlet World - St. Augustine in February. A leading marketer and distributor of sportswear and golf apparel, the Greg Norman Collection offers men's and women's apparel, outerwear, hats and accessories.

Learning Express, a retailer of educational toys and games for children, also has joined other retailers at the St. Augustine property. The 5,000-square-foot retail store features toys, games and gifts that combine fun and education to inspire young minds.

Texas de Brazil Offers Food with Flair at Belz Designer Outlet Centre
Texas de Brazil is now serving Brazilian-inspired fare at its new, 10,000-square-foot restaurant at Belz Designer Outlet Centre in Orlando. Specializing in slow-roasted, meticulously seasoned cuts of beef, pork, chicken and lamb, the Dallas-based eatery prepares its meat in the traditional churrascaria style of Southern Brazilian guachos. Taken directly from the grill on sword-like skewers, the meat is brought to the tables and personally carved for each guest.

The newest tenant to join Belz Factory Outlet World - Orlando is Gift Warehouse. The 7,500-square-foot location offers a wide range of gifts to fit any occasion and budget.

Jewels, Leather Treasures now at Belz Factory Outlet World - Pigeon Forge
Jewelry and Leather Warehouse, featuring a wide selection of jewelry and handbags, opened in October at Belz Factory Outlet World - Pigeon Forge. The retailer met with such great success that it has signed a long-term lease at the mall for 8,000 square feet of space.

Puerto Ricos Largest Outlet Mall Awaits New Store Opening
Shoppers at Belz Factory Outlet World - Puerto Rico are eagerly awaiting the opening of Uno Dos Tres, which will offer value merchandise at affordable prices. The 5,000-square-foot store is currently under construction.
