Belz Launches Space Availability Report at www.belz.com

The newest addition to www.belz.com - the Space Availability Report - offers visitors to the web site a comprehensive index of industrial real estate space available from Belz.

Belz has been a leader in the real estate development and property management industry for more than 60 years. The company owns and manages properties nationwide for office, factory outlet malls, warehouse, hotel, industrial, residential, retail, undeveloped land and more.

The easy-to-use guide displays three categories of available industrial space: Available Properties, Properties for Sale and Land for Sale. Each of the tabs displays a description of each property along with other pertinent information about the space. Many property descriptions include room measurements, square footage available for offices, the number of restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms and parking information.

The Available Properties tab displays various spaces around the Mid-South, including warehouses, call centers and office space. A detailed description accompanies each property along with its square footage, address, lease price and rate information, which refers to the individual terms of each property's lease.

The Properties For Sale tab lists warehouses and office space in many of Belz's industrial parks. The building addresses and prices are listed along with a description of each property.

The Land For Sale tab shows land available throughout the Mid-South. Along with the location of each piece of land is a description that includes acreage, zoning identification and interstate access information where applicable.

The site also provides easy access to Belz's people. Anyone interested in the listed Belz properties can click on the Contact Information tab for the names and telephone numbers of the company's leasing agents. The report will soon be expanded to include retail property information.
