Extremely Busy Tammy Hall Fills Multi-Faceted Job Perfectly

Tammy Hall enjoys duck hunting, fishing and gardening, but a quick check of all the things she does at work and you have to wonder when she ever has time to enjoy any of these hobbies!

Tammy, who is approaching a decade of service at Belz properties, is asset manger for 100 Oaks Mall in Nashville; Belz Factory Outlet World - Puerto Rico; and Peabody Place, an area of responsibility that includes the company's downtown Memphis properties in a six-block area. Anyone who has that much property to manage has to be good, and Tammy's colleagues say she is a lot better than good at what she does.

"Tammy is a valuable asset to Peabody Place and the entire downtown Memphis area," explained Irvin Skopp, Vice President & Director of Asset Management for Belz. "She is definitely the person we always envisioned as the manager of Peabody Place. Tammy is an excellent marketing representative and communicator, and has a unique approach that she uses when tackling a challenge. She is a visionary who sees things not only in the present, but in the future as well."

Tammy's most important recent accomplishment was leading the effort to create the Entertainment District Unit, which has enhanced the safe and pleasant atmosphere for visitors to downtown Memphis. This monumental undertaking was accomplished by bringing downtown businesses together with the Center City Commission and the Memphis Crime Commission to form the Safety and Traffic Task Force.

Tammy credits "a wonderful, well-coordinated team of people" for being able to successfully manage the large amount of property for which she is responsible.
