Belz Factory Outlet World - Pigeon Forge Welcomes Two New Tenants

With 450,000 square feet of retail space in enclosed and strip shopping centers, Belz Factory Outlet World – Pigeon Forge is the largest outlet property in East Tennessee. In April, the shopping center welcomed two well-known retailers to the area.

Burke’s Outlet, a division of Bealls Department Stores, has chosen Belz Factory Outlet World – Pigeon Forge as the site for its first outlet in Tennessee. The retailer has leased more than 10,500 square feet of space and offers a wide variety of brand-name apparel, shoes and gifts for the entire family.

Tuesday Morning, a leading national retailer of discounted, firstquality home furnishings and gifts from famous brands, opened in 6,400 square feet of retail space. Customers can shop for merchandise such as decorative housewares, toys, Christmas decorations, and lawn and garden accents.

In addition to the new stores, Fossil has undergone an expansion and is in a new location in the mall. The retailer now offers its fashion watches, handbags and leather goods in more than 2,670 square feet of space.
