Park Place Centre Offers
retail Variety to East Memphis

Belz's Park Place Centre, located at the corner of Park Avenue and Ridgeway Road, offers shoppers, diners and errand-runners convenience, variety and value in the heart of East Memphis.

With two stories and 175,000 square feet of space, Park Place Centre provides ample room for its wide array of tenants. The 72,758 people living within three miles of the center, combined with the seven million square feet of surrounding office space and its nearby access to Poplar Avenue and I-240 makes Park Place Centre a thriving retail destination. Park Place Centre is home to some shops that cannot be found anywhere else in Memphis. Its newest tenant is Cenwood, a distributor of name brand appliances and a family-owned company that is leasing 13,000 square feet of showroom space. Rooted in Memphis, Cenwood has grown to be among the largest General Electric distributors in the United States.

Another unique store is Little Lambs and Ivy, an apparel and merchandise shop for babies and children. The store moved to Park Place Centre in order to expand its selection for babies, and now includes hand-painted nursery furniture and even more apparel options. It also provides special occasion clothing for children up to 12 years old.

The area's only Oshman's Sporting Goods is also located in Park Place Centre. Its 13,434 square feet of space is stocked to fill the needs of any sporting enthusiast. From golf to paintball, Oshman's provides high value apparel, equipment and accessories at competitive prices.

Park Place Centre offers visitors an assortment of food choices, from a quick lunch to a sit-down dinner. Jason's Deli, a casual sandwich shop, is great for refueling tired shoppers. For dinner, options include Amerigo, an Italian restaurant; P.F. Chang's China Bistro, a trendy Asian eatery; and Wang's Mandarin House, which features Chinese cuisine and live music. For a cool dessert, Cold Stone Creamery lets ice cream lovers create their own special flavors and sundaes.

Other Park Place Centre tenants include GNC, a vitamin and health food store; Alpha Graphics, a one-stop graphics and printing store; Hallmark; Jenny Craig; Fox Photo; Park Place Cleaners; Pak Mail; Miller Protective Services; Loehmann's Inc.; Tennessee Spine; Omni Eye; Gould's Hair Salon; and First Tennessee and NBC Banks.
