- in historic Festivities begin on Saturday, July 29th at 2:00 p.m. with a "Back To School" fashion show. Belz' stores will be showcasing back-to-school fashions for elementary to college students as well as fashions for teachers. On Sunday, July 30th, from 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., the celebration will continue with a special appearance by Abigail Spencer and Josh Duhamel, also known as Becka and Leo from ABC TV's "All My Children". They will autograph free photos in the center court during their two hour appearance. In addition, there will be a sidewalk sale on Friday, July 28th, Saturday, July 29th and Sunday, July 30th. As an added bonus, tax-free shopping week begins on July 29th and runs through August 6th. "The anniversary celebration is sure to be fun for the
