WHAT:
Belz Factory Outlet World - St. Augustine invites children to stop by on Halloween for trick-or-treating and a costume contest. First, second and third place winners will be selected in each of two age categories: infant - 5 and 6 - 10 yrs. Contest will be held in front of food court at 6 p.m. Participants are asked to register upon arrival.
