As vice president of property maintenance for Belz Enterprises, Garland Crawford is responsible for maintaining millions of square feet at Belz Enterprises’ properties. His on-going commitment to tenants at North Memphis Industrial Park are part of what makes it such an extraordinary success.

Crawford began his career with Belz Enterprises 34 years ago as a draftsman. Since then, he has gone from construction project manager to supervisor of construction and property maintenance in the Memphis area. With the massive growth of Belz Enterprises, Crawford’s success escalated, leading to his current position of nearly 14 years. His achievements with Belz Enterprises were recently made apparent when he was awarded Belz Enterprises’ 1999 Employee of the Year.

A Horn Lake, Mississippi native, Crawford earned an Associate Degree in applied science from Northwest Mississippi Junior College in Senatobia. In addition to his many responsibilities at Belz, Crawford is also a charter member of the Horn Lake Jaycees.
