Guardian Building Products Group (GBPG), has recently leased a
150,000-square-foot building at Interstate Industrial Park,
just 2.5 miles from Memphis international Airport. GBPG serves the residential

Vital Records Control, an information storage and management company, has
expanded its Memphis operations by opening a second location in MELTECH.
The company recently moved into 70,000 square feet of space. Bunzl also has
chosen to locate an office at MELTECH. The third-party
distribution company has signed a lease for 35,000 square feet.
