Belz Factory Outlet World - Las Vegas marks the end of summer vacation with a Back-to-School Fair and four weekends of sidewalk sales. Representatives from the Clark County School District, Metro Crossing Guards, Helping Children Live Protected, Clark County Fire Department, Enterprise Library and many others will be available to inform the public of their services and answer questions. KWID-FM will be giving away collegiate backpacks and mall store gift certificates during a live radio broadcast from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
