FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FIRST SHOE CITY OPENS AT BELZ FACTORY OUTLET WORLD ORLANDO ORLANDO, Fla. (Nov. 29, 2004) - Shoe City, retailer of fashion shoes and accessories, joins the line-up of more than 200 renowned, brand-name outlet retailers at Belz Factory Outlet World in Orlando. The new store opened Nov. 20 in a nearly 7,600-square-foot space near Nautica in Mall 1. After 15 years of retail ownership on International Drive, the owners of Shoe City have chosen Belz Factory Outlet World in Orlando as the location for their first shoe outlet store. Their properties include Gift Warehouse, a specialty gift outlet retailer in Mall 1, and four other gifts and souvenir shops on International Drive. The new shoe store specializes in fashion footwear for the entire family, as well as purses and related accessories in fine leathers and man-made materials. "Our new shoe retailer is the second outlet store owned and operated by a current mall tenant," said Andrew J. Groveman, president of Belz Factory Outlet Division.
