Red Deluxe Brand Development is moving into 5,100 square feet of space in Belz's Pembroke Square in Peabody Place

MEMPHIS , Tennessee, August 19, 2004 - Red Deluxe Brand Development, an advertising and brand strategy agency, is moving into 5,100 square feet of space in Belz's Pembroke Square in Peabody Place. The new offices will occupy the north part of the building with an entrance on Front Street. It will allow the company more room than its current space on Union Avenue.

"Every time we add someone new, we get a little more squeezed in our current office. The new space will allow us to grow by about 50 percent," said Martin Wilford, who co-founded Red Deluxe with fellow advertising executive Stinson Liles.

Liles and Wilford knew that they wanted to remain downtown and that they wanted an office that reflected the energy only a street-level space can create.

"There's such a nice feel to downtown street-level space. It's not as confining as typical office building space," said Wilford.

Red Deluxe was represented in the lease by Bradley Wilford of Boyle Investment. Belz was represented by Don Drinkard of CB Richard Ellis.

"Red Deluxe is a fantastic tenant for Peabody Place. Their work is recognized nationally and the owners love downtown Memphis. The high-energy work that the agency produces coupled with the high-energy feel of its new Pembroke Square space is a winning combination," said Andrew J. Groveman, senior vice president of Belz.

Red Deluxe is working with Archimania architects to turn the old City Grocery space, located on Front Street, into an "inspiring and functional" office for its ten employees.

"We're finalizing plans now and really looking forward to the finished product," said Liles, who plans to be in the new space by the first week in October.

Red Deluxe Brand Development provides advertising and brand strategy to a list of clients that includes Baptist Memorial Health Care, the Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau, Triton ATMs and the National American Red Cross.
