JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL MEMPHIS, TN (November 18, 2003) - One of Peabody Place Entertainment and Retail Center's favorites, Mrs. Fields Bakery Café, announces its latest promotion to benefit the patients and families of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. From November 24 to December 23, 2003, Mrs. Fields will feature a "cookie of the week," chosen by selected patients at St. Jude. Ten cents from the sale of each "cookie of the week" will be donated to St. Jude. "St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is a Memphis institution and a nationally recognized leader in the care and treatment of catastrophic illnesses in children. It is our pleasure and privilege to be associated with an effort to better the lives of the children and families in their care," said Andrew J. Groveman, senior vice president of Belz, owner and developer of Peabody Place. Mrs. Fields is providing patients of St. Jude free treat cards that entitles them to their choice of one free Mrs. Fields cookie, pretzel maker pretzel or small waffle cone of TCBY yogurt or ice cream when visiting Mrs. Fields at Peabody Place. The children may also show their hospital-issued wristband to redeem their free treat. In addition, Mrs. Fields will donate $3 for every catalog gift basket or tin and $5 for every St. Jude "Snowman Stacker" signature gift basket ordered at Peabody Place. Gift catalogs can be picked up at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Mrs. Field Bakery Café and all Memphis/Shelby County TCBY Stores.
