Pigeon Forge, Tenn. -- Belz Factory Outlet World - Pigeon Forge recently announced this year’s winners for its Store and Employee of the Year contests. Top honors for 1999 go to Fuller Brush, named Store of the Year for the second consecutive year, and to Lauren Scott of Buster Brown, who won the Employee of the Year title.

The Store and Employee of the Year are personally chosen by Belz mall manager Sandy Sandiford, who bases her decision on overall store appearance, employee attitudes, customer service, cooperation and support in mall policies and special events.

1999 Store of the Year winner, Fuller Brush, has been a vital part of Belz Factory Outlet World for the past 11 years. Fuller Brush store and regional manager, Bruce Trentham, received a prize package that included an engraved plaque, a $100 Belz gift certificate, a catered lunch for his staff, Belz bags filled with assorted prizes and Belz Store of the Year shirts for each Fuller Brush employee.

Employee of the Year, Lauren Scott of Buster Brown, was nominated by store manager Carol Barnes because she is a consummate team player. Lauren Scott received an engraved plaque, $100 Belz gift certificate and a goodie bag that included an Employee of the Year shirt.

Belz Factory Outlet World - Pigeon Forge is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
