 Summer, 1999Belz People As asset manager for Belz Enterprises' North Memphis Industrial Park and Gateway Industrial Park, John Dozier is responsible for analyzing, evaluating and making recommendations on certain Belz properties, as well as day-to-day operations of the two industrial parks. With more than 30 years’ experience in real estate management and more than 12 years with Belz, Dozier often has been applauded for his exemplary service to the industry. In 1997, for example, Dozier was named Belz Enterprises' Asset Manager of the Year. He began his career in 1961 with Amcon International of Memphis, and later served as vice president of real estate development for Guaranty Loan and Real Estate Company in West Memphis, Arkansas. Dozier also has served as a member of the Tennessee General Assembly. |
