About Belz Enterprises

Founded by patriarch Philip Belz (1904 - 2000) in the early 1940s, the company’s first project was construction of several of the city’s first large industrial buildings on a four-acre tract in north Memphis.

Belz is one of the South’s largest commercial and industrial real estate developers with interests throughout the Mid-South and much of the country.

Belz develops, owns and manages warehouse/distribution, retail, office/showroom, apartments/residential developments, land and hotels. Belz total property holdings include more than 7 million square feet of developed property.
